Ottaviani Wine Tasting Experience | White Wines

A sensory journey dedicated to international grape varieties that have found a distinctive and authentic expression in the Romagna terroir.

The tour includes a guided visit of the winery with our winemaker, a walk through the vineyards and the Valconca Wildlife Oasis, a visit to the barrel cellar, and a tasting of four wines paired with local cured meats and cheeses. The Pantone Kit is also included in this experience.

Wines tasted: Mada, Clemente Primo, 928, Merlot
Food pairing: Sgambato from Mercatello sul Metauro, salami from Macelleria Stringati, Cau and Spada cheeses, Enio Ottaviani olive oil
