Ottaviani Wine Tasting Experience | Native Varieties

The ideal experience to immerse yourself in the Valconca territory and discover Enio Ottaviani wines through their most authentic and expressive native grape varieties.

The tour includes a guided visit of the winery with our winemaker, a walk through the vineyards and the Valconca Wildlife Oasis, a visit to the barrel cellar, and a tasting of four wines paired with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses. The experience also includes the Pantone Kit, our wine manual–gadget to take home with you.

Wines tasted: Strati, Caciara, Dado, Sole Rosso
Food pairing: Sgambato from Mercatello sul Metauro, salami from Macelleria Stringati, Cau and Spada cheeses, Enio Ottaviani olive oil
